I met Mike in 1992 when he first moved here from Michigan. He was a teachers aide at Whittier elementary school for my sons kindergarten class. We spent lots of time on the play ground talking about music and how much we loved seeing Leftover Salmon play. Through the years we would see each other at the Boulder Creek fest as he would hand out flyers to his music fest. I will always remember his kind and gentle spirit. It was my son that got this news. He was devastated. You, Mike touched our lives and we thank you for sharing a piece of our journey here. May your peace be our peace. We love you.
