Johnny Sheffield
Actor -- via the Bellingham Herald, which picked it up from the L.A. Times, although the Times hasn't posted it yet. He got his break as "Boy" in the original Tarzan series, appearing in eight of the films:
And later moved to Monogram for a one-dozen series of Bomba the Jungle Boy movies.
He was a natural for his part as Boy. Johnny Sheffield became my hero when I was 7 years old in 1946. What wonderful entertainment. I thought he had had it, when the high priestess of the Amazons almost made him drink from the poisoned cup.Wow! was I glad when Tarzan showed up and saved the day. Oomgowah, Johnny. See you in Randini. :)

I have always (and I mean always) been a very big Johnny Sheffield fan. He was one of the best child actors of all time.
